    Kitchen with orange juice:

    This recipe is very easy and fast to make. The ingredients for four person are:

    -Three oranges.
    -Three onions.
    -One kg of kitchen steak.
    -A tinnned cream.

    First; peel and chop onions
    Second, make orange juice
    Third, chop the kitchen steak

    Them, fry the onions and kitchen steak. Once fry add the orange juice and cream. Keep to low flame for thicken the sauce.

    This plate you can add chips, and ready to eat. Delicious, as would say Dora; who is favorite cartoon my daughter.

    Mushroom´s Sauce

    Hi! I´m going to dinner fillet steak with mushroom´ sauce tonight. I´ve thought you´d like my recipe. I hope you will taste it!! It´s delicious!!

    Ingredients (for 4 people):
    -4-6 big fillet steak
    -300g of mushrooms
    -1 leek
    -1 small bottle of single cream
    -1 glass of red wine
    -A bit of butter
    -Mustard
    -A spoon of HP sauce
    -A spoon of Perrin´s sauce
    -Red ,green and black pepper
    -salt

    Directions:
    Chop the leek and put it into a frying pan with a bit of butter for frying it lightly over medium heat during 4-5 minutes. Next add the mushrooms, the single cream and the red wine and turn the heat up until it boils. Then add a pinch of salt, the peppers, the mustard, the HP and Perrin’s sauces and mix well during 2-3 minutes.
    Make the fillet steak as you like, serve it with the mushrooms sauce and… to enjoy your meal!

  3. Recipe for lasagne for four person:

    Ingredients:
    -Olive oils.
    -Cheese.
    -2 Onions.
    -1 red pepper.
    -1 galic.
    -1 kg meat (500 g pork meat and 500 g beef meat).
    -A spoon of butter.
    -500 g pasta.
    -500 g tomatoes sauce.
    -Milk .
    -Flour.
    -Oregano.

    Directions
    First cut the onions, red pepper and garlic, and fried all this on a frying pan. Them fried the meat on another frying pan with olive oil. While on a cauldron put water and heat to high heat and cook pasta during 7 minutes. Mixed well the meat with the onions, red pepper and garlic and finally add tomatoes sauce.
    Them spread butter on a bowl and put coats in the next order:
    - Pasta, meal, cheese, pasta, meal, cheese, pasta and cheese.
    Now make a cream with milk and fluor as a yoghurt and pour over the last coat of cheese and add oregano.
    Finally bake it during 15 minutes on a medium heat (200ºC).

    INGREDIENTS:
    300g flour Hi at all, today I made a delicius desert , APPLE CRUMBLE.

    1 tablespoon bakin
    140g butter

    1egg
    125g sugar
    2 big apples
    100g nuts
    50g corinto raisin
    cinnamon

    Recipe:
    Peel the apples and chop. Mix the flour and the tablespoon bakin ,the egg, butter,100g sugar and make crums.
    Put into a pam ¾ the mix.
    Add apples sugar ,the nuts, corinto raisins, and a teaspoon cinnamon
    Put the crumble over the apples.
    Bake at 180º for fifty minits or until golden brown.

  5. Macaroni with sauce.

    Ingredients:
    -250 g. macaroni
    -100 g. of bacon
    -100 g. of sausage
    -1 onion
    -1/4 l. tomato sauce
    -100 g. of grated cheese
    -salt
    -water
    -oil

    Recipe:
    Boil the macaroni in plenty of boiling water with oil and salt.
    In a pan fry the onions, bacon and sausage.Add tomato sauce. And let that every few minutes. Mix the macaroni with the sauce and put everything in a baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese, broil two minutes and serve.

    Hi:
    I'm going to cook a vegetables cream today. A healthy lunch and easy recipe!

    Ingredients for two person (more or less):

    3 calabacines
    3 parrots
    1 onion
    250 gr. of gourd
    1 leek
    1 potatoes
    2 chesse wedges
    Butter
    Salt
    Milk

    RECIPE:

    Peel and boil the parrots, calabacines, gourd , leek and potatoes. Then fried the onion with butter. In your mixer, add the vegetables that you have boiled and the onion. Add the chesse wedges, a little milk and salt. You can take this cream hot or cold. If you want, add piece of bread.

    I think that you can lose weight with these recipes, Dulce!!!

    I propose something very Spanish, Totilla de patatas, omelette of potatoes.
    This recipe is really easy. Ingredients:
    4 eggs, 4 medium potatoes, 1 onion and a little milk.
    Recipe:

    Peel and cut potatoes into cubes (you can cut them as you like). Cut the onion too. Fry the potatoes and onion together. Beat the eggs, put salt and little milk (this is a trick to get out more spongy .) When potatoes and onions are fried, mix them with eggs. And lastly fry everything together. This delicious ........

  10. Baked omelette
    This recipe is for 4 people of the starter type and it’s ready in about 45 min. I hope you like it. :)


    Ingredients:

    - 6 eggs
    - 4 potatoes
    - 200g of onion
    - Oil
    - Salt


    Recipe:

    First, we have to peel and cut into large slices the potatoes. We put them in a tray in the oven. Then, we warm up the oven.
    The next step is to cut the onion into thin pieces and we add them into the tray with a little of salt.
    Finally, we can add a trickle of oil and we put them in the oven to a temperature of 360º.
    We often toss the potatoes until they become in golden. We take it out from the tray and we drain it. We beat the eggs with a little of salt.
    In a big baking pan, we mix the eggs with the potatoes and we put it again in the oven up to 180º.

    Today, I´m going to try my mother´s Gazpacho.If you want to prepare a Gazpacho like this.
    Here, you have this recipe:

    Ingredients:
    3 big tomatoes without skin.
    A slice bread.
    1 garlic
    Olive extra oil.
    Four vinegar spoon.
    Salt.
    Red peppers.
    Half cucumber.
    1 onion.

    First, you have to peel the tomatoes, garlic, onion,peppers and the cucumber. After that, you put all the ingredients inside of a mixer, after you can put it in a saucepan and add a little water. After, you put the Gazpacho into the fridge and let it cool down.
    As you can see it doesn´t need to heat up.It´s very easy to make.

    My proposal is cream of pumpkin. This recipe in very easy and I think it is a great food. Ingredients for four:
    -a kilo of pumpkin
    -three medium potatoes
    -zucchini
    -half onion
    -cheeses
    -some milk
    Recipe:
    First peel and cut all the vegetables. Then bring to a boil with a little water for 30 minutes. When cooked you have to remove water. Below add the cheese to taste( I put a lot because I love cheese). Then you have to beat all together. Finally add a little milk.
    We've finished, now we only have to eat.Mmmmm,delicious!!!

  13. CINNAMON COOKIES:

    Ingredients:
    1 cup butter,
    1/2 cups white sugar
    1 egg
    1 cups flour
    1 teaspoons baking soda
    1 tablespoon cinnamon

    ----------------------------------

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
    2. Cream together butter and sugar.
    3. Mix in egg and molasses, blending well.
    4. Mix flour, baking soda and cinnamon; add to creamed mixture, mixing well.
    5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

    INGREDIENTS:
    -250 GR spaguettis
    -3 or 4 clove of chopped garlic
    -A pinch salat
    -250gr praws
    -A leaf of bay
    -Parsley
    -A tin sauce tomatoes.

    HOW TO MAKE IT

    Peel and chop the clove garlic. Fry the garlic and parsley with a stream of olive oil and add the prawns then add sauce tomatoes.
    In a pan boil water with some salt and a leaf of bay when it is made mix spaguettis with the sauce.

  16. Hi everybody!! Here I leave you this great and easy recipe. I hope you like it!!

    RECIPE: PASTA WITH PEPPER SAUCE.
    Ingredients of pepper sauce:
    - 1 red pepper
    - 1 yellow pepper
    - 1 onion
    - 200 ml of whipped cream

    How to make it:
    Firstly wash the peppers and chop them in small pieces. Also chop the onions in small pieces in strips. Then you have to fry all together with a little olive oil in over a low.
    When the pepper and onions is poached, add the whipped cream gradually and remove it. Then leave all together in over low until is boiled. Also add salt.
    Taste it and if it is good beat all together with the mixer and then serve on the pasta.

    Note: you can add white wine when the peppers and onions are frying and get more taste. Also you can add black grind pepper and/or soya sauce but only a few drops because is very salty.

    Preparation of pasta:
    Take the pasta and put on to the casserole with hot water. Leave there until water is boiled. After 15 minutes turn off the fire and leave there with the water a few minutes.
    Finally drain the pasta and serve it with peppers sauce.

  17. BLUEBERRY CHEESE CAKE

    RECIPE

    Ingredients:

    - Biscuits
    - Butter
    - 4 spoon of sugar
    - 12 portions of cheese
    - 200 gr. Philadelphia cheese
    - 4 eggs
    - Blueberries jam

    Directions:

    Crush the biscuits and add butter, mix it and put it into the baking tin. It must be well roll out.

    Beat the eggs, portions of cheese, philadelphia cheese and sugar. Then put the mixing into the baking tin and bake it. The oven must be to 200 ºC.

    Heat the jam in the microwave.

    When the cake is cooking, roll out the jam liquid over the cake. Then put it into the fridge.

  19. Partisan spaghettis
    Ingredients
    • Bacon
    • Wild marjoram
    • Onions
    • Garlic
    • Water
    • Oil
    • Spaghettis
    • Salt
    Directions
    First, chop the bacon, the onions and the garlic into small pieces. Then put it together.
    Second, you have to put a little bit of oil in a frying-pan and heat up it until the oil has some bubbles. When the oil is hot you have to put the mixture of bacon, onions and garlic in the frying-pan. Be aware of move the mixture or it will stick up to the frying-pan. When the mixture is almost cooked you have to scoop up to season some salt and some wild marjoram and continue moving the mixture by 10 minutes approximately.
    Third, you have to put water in a pot, fill it up until the water reaches the half of the pot, put some salt and some oil in the pot and heat it up. When the water starts to boil you have to put the spaghettis into the water. Then you have to wait for 10 minutes approximately for remove the water from the pot.
    Finally, you have to add the mixture of the frying-pot and add it into the pot with the spaghettis, and then you got the “partisan spaghettis”.

  20. Hi, I´m Andy Warhol. How are you? I hope fine. I´m more less. I´m going to write a recipe. My recipe is a cake of lemon. My grand-mother told me. The ingredients are one natural lemon, a yogurt of lemon,flour,baking powder, six eggs,100 milli-gram of sugar and 40 milli-gram of oil. Fine, now I´m going to say how to do . First we need a baking tin , a mixter and a saucepan. Add the eggs with the sugar and we beat during 15 minutes then we pour the flour,yogurt lemon, oil an we grate a natural lemon and we beat one more time during 15 minutes. Then we add the mixture to the saucepan. Now we have that to heat it during 120 minutes. Finally we need to flip for to remove the cake. If you want, you can sprinkle with sugar glass.   22. Hello to everybody!
    Today I´m going to prepare “chicken breasts with cream of yogurt”. If you want to cook this dish, I give you this delicious and easy recipe. I hope that you like it.

    DIFFICULTY: Easy
    PREPARATION: 25 minutes
    COOKING: 35 minutes

    INGREDIENTS:
    -8 chicken breasts
    -150 grms of chopped onions
    -1 small glass of white wine
    -200 ml of natural yogurt
    -30 grms of butter
    -3 tablespoons of green pepper mustard
    -3 egg yolks
    -Olive oil, salt and pepper

    DIRECTIONS:
    First, place the frozen chicken breasts in a deep dish covered with milk. Then put the dish in the fridge so that the chicken defrost slowly. Put the onion in a strainer so that as it defrost, all the water drips away.
    The next day, put a saucepan on the heat with the butter and a little oil. Strain, add salt and pepper to the chicken breasts and then lightly fry. As soon as they change colour, add the defrosted and strained onion and leave over a low heat stirring from time to time.
    When half-cooked, add the wine and while the chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce by putting the yogurt and the egg yolks in a saucepan bain-marie without letting it boil. Beat the mixture until it begins to thicken or a little froth forms on the surface.
    Add the mustard and continue beating the mixture until the sauce thickens, adding at the end, the previously cooked and sieved sauce. Continue to stir off the heat to make a light sauce. Serve the chicken breasts covered with the sauce and accompanied by some potato morsels or a rice cake.

  23. Hello everybody! I´m not a very good cook, for this reason I want to give you a simple recipe.
    Ingredients:

    - 4 eggs
    - 6 or 7 potatoes
    - Olive oil
    - Salt

    Recipe:

    First of all you have to peel the potatoes and then you have to chop them and add the salt (the amount of salt as you want to). After that you have to heat the oil in the pan and add the potatoes. When they are fried, you have to beat the eggs in a bowl and mix the fries potatoes with the eggs.
    Then you have to put the mixture in the pan with a little oil. Finally you have to turn the omelet if you don´t want that it be burnt, for this reason you have to be careful and heat the omelet on a low flame.

    I love to cook typical foods from different countries and today I prepared the famous Mexican fajitas.
    To make this meal will need:
    Peppers
    Onion
    Carrot
    Chicken / Meat
    Sliced cheese.

    Will cut all the vegetables into strips and prepares a little oil.
    Cut the meat into strips and add to vegetables.
    When everything is made by heating the corn tortillas and we will put up the meat with vegetables and sliced cheese.
    Estasrán roll up the fajitas and ready to eat.

    • 1 part olive oil yogurt
    • 2 scoops of sugar yogurt
    • 3 measures of flour yogurt
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 packet of yeast
    • Butter

    Preparation of yogurt cake.This is a typical recipe that goes from mouth to mouth. A quick and easy cake to prepare. We will take the cup of yogurt as a measure to calculate the amount of each ingredient used. Lemon yogurt can be substituted for a natural, in which case we should add lemon zest cake. Beat eggs with sugar, and when well blended add the yeast, flour, yogurt (if you have opted for a natural one is where we add the zest of lemon) and oil. We will beat until the preparation is completely homogeneous. We recommend using an electric mixer. Spread butter the mold in which we are going to cook the cake and sprinkle with a light coating of flour. Tip the mixture into the mold and introduce it in the oven for 35 minutes at 170 degrees, preheat your oven before. Unmold and let cool.
    We can use this cake as a base to many pies, filled with jam, covering it with icing and cherries, chocolate ... The possibilities are as big as your imagination.

    Hello everybody!
    I'm going to write a traditional Eggnog recipe. But be careful! because it's too heavy. Drink it BEFORE eating. This recipe is for 8 people.

    Ingredients:
    - 6 eggs
    - 2 egg yolks
    - 4 cups of whole milk
    - 3/4 cup of heavy cream
    - 1/2 cup of sugar and 2 plus tablespoons of sugar.
    - 1/4 teaspoon salt
    - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    - 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
    - 1 cup bourbon (or another alcoholic drink)

    Making a Eggnog:
    Whisk the eggs, the egg yolks, the sugar and the salt in a large pan until well-blended. Then, keep on whisking them while you pour the milk until it is completely mixed. Put the pan in the stove and turn it to the lowest setting. Whisk the ingredients during 25-30 minutes at 70º C. After that, remove the mixture and put it into a large bowl, making sure to get out any pieces of cooked egg. Mix the bourbon, the vanilla and the grated nutmeg and pour them in a covered dish. Now, put the dish in the fridge 4 hours an a half. Finally, grab the heavy cream and whisk it when you serve the eggnog.

  28. Hello everybody! I am going to write a recipe that a friend teached me. It is very easy and known.

    Chocolate fondeu recipe.

    Ingredients for 6 persons:

    • 250 g of dark chocolate (without milk).
    • 125 g of butter.
    • 3 egg yolks.
    • 25 cl of milk.
    • 2 teaspoon of instant coffee.
    • 3 kiwis.
    • 2 pears.
    • 6 pineapple slices.
    • 250 g of strawberries.

    Preparation time: 35 minutes.

    Method:

    1. Chop the chocolate and melt over low heat in a double boiler. When it has melted, gradually add the butter into small pieces , stiring, until blending.
    2. Beat the egg yolks. Add the instant coffee in milk and heat. When is boiling, add that to the yolks, while beating until foaming.
    3. Pour the mixture of milk and yolk into the bowl of fondeu. Add the chocolate and beat everything until that it is well amalgamated.
    4. Place a bowl over a food warmer. The fondeu has not to boil.
    5. Wash fruit and cut in many pieces.

    My advice: if the fondeu is intented for adults, it can been enriched adding a glass of whisky.

  29. Hi!..Today I´m going to prepare a delicious Salty Muffins for breakfast. I hope you like it!!
    Ingredients:

    -375 gr of flour
    -Salt
    -2 eggs
    -250 ml of milk
    -35 gr of parmesan striped cheese
    -125 gr of melted butter
    -1 teaspoonful of rosemary
    -175 gr of black olives
    Preparation:

    First, preheat the oven to 210ºC. Prepare some molds for muffins with melted butter or oil. Sieve the flour and the salt in a
    container. Then add the olives, the parmesan striped cheese, the rosemary and do a hole in the center.
    Beat lightly the eggs and the milk and pour in the hole formed together with the butter. Stir with a steel spoon (without beating too much), then put the mixture in some molds.
    Bake during 20 minutes. Leave the mixture in the mold 5 minutes and put it on to a grid and hope it will cold.

  30. Hi! I´m going to tell you how to prepare: Lasagne italian meet sauce
    Ingredients(Single recipe):
    -2 cloves garlic
    -2 onions
    -1 bottle of oil
    -2 kg of ground beef
    -4 tomatoes
    -1 cans tomatoe
    -1 teaspoonful of parsley flakes
    -1 teaspoonful of sugar
    -1/2 teaspoonful of salt
    -1 teaspoonful of oregano
    -1/4 teaspoonful of pepper
    -Mozzarella cheese
    -1 package of lasagna noodles

    First,cut the onions and garlics and fry them until tender but not brown.Then,add ground beef and brown lightly.Next,add the teaspoonfuls of pepper,salt,sugar,oregano and parsley flakes and simmer, uncovered about 3 hours. Stir occasionally. (Makes six servings).If the recipe is doubled,cook for 6 hours instead of 3.
    After that,boil lasagne noodles or cook them as directed on package.
    Later,in a recipient,put a pan starting with tomatoe sauce on the bottom,then noodles,then meat,then chees,...Ending cheesa on the top
    Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes corever with aluminium foil.After 30 minutes,remove foil and bake for 30 minutes longer.

    Recipes of Canarias
    “Mojo picón”

    "Mojo" is the traditional Canary Islands sauce: a combination of spices, herbs and flavourings.

    The ingredients are crushed and mixed in a mortar. But quantities for the various ingredients are rarely given exactly. The whole point is that you need to taste what you are cooking, as you go along - for mojo always has the personal touch.

    INGREDIENTS
    5 cloves garlic
    1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    ½ teaspoon paprika
    2-3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    4-5 tablespoons olive oil
    ½ cup water, as needed
    Salt to taste


    PREPARATION:
    1. Using a mortar and pestle, mash cumin, garlic with salt.
    2. The mixture should be mashed well.
    3. Add paprika, vinegar and oil, and continue to blend.
    4. Gradually add water until desired consistency is reached.
    5. Serve with cheese (Majorero is nice), or over boiled potatoes, with crusty bread, or fried fish.

    BANANA-NUT CAKE

    *Ingredients:

    - 3 ripes bananas
    - 3 tablespoon cream
    - 1 teaspoon baking powder
    - 1 pinch of salt
    - 10 chopped walnuts
    - 125g. softened butter
    - 1 teaspoon vanilla
    - 325g. flour
    - 2 eggs
    - 175g. sugar

    *Preparation:

    1. Crush the bananas with a fork.

    2. In a big bowl, mix the butter, sugar and vanilla. Add the eggs separately and mix well.

    3. Add the bananas, then the cream, the flour, the baking powder, the salt and the walnuts.Mix well.

    4. Pour the mixture into a greased cake tin and cook at 200ºC for an hour.

  33. Hello my dear classmates and of course, my dear teacher!! At last here is my recipe. I hope you'll enjoy it.

    LEMON CREAM
    You need:
    4 natural yogurts
    1 big pin of condensed milk (750-800 g)
    4 lemon juice
    2 grated lemon

    First, blend the yogurts and the condensed milk and when it is well mixed, pour slowly the lemon juice while you continuos mixing it.
    And finally, add the grated lemon and mix again.
    It must be served very cold.
    This is a very easy and delicious dessert. When I bring it to any meal whith family or friends, they always say: mmmmmm.. delicious! and I think: and very easy!

    I'm going to cook a special macaroni today. I know it is a easy and it isn’t too innovator but I always eat it before filming a scene. The macaroni contains lots of Carbohydrates which are good for my and it help me to be more healthy. For this reason I appear a good actor who is self-confident.
    Ingredients for four person:
    -250g macaroni
    -butter
    -Curry
    -Prawns
    -Fried tomato (Orlando)
    -black pepper
    -olive-oil
    -bacon
    -mushrooms
    Before we start, we must put on the desk the containers that we are going to use: one saucepan, one frying pan and one little saucepan. First we have to heat water in saucepan. Later add two butter’s spoon, one oil’s glass and a Little salt and when the water is boiled pour the macaroni into saucepan. Wait 15 minutes.
    Once the pasta is cooked, you must strain the water. While we boíl the pasta we can prepare the sauce:
    Pour the fried tomato into Little saucepan and simmer it. Chop the bacon and mushrooms, peel the prwans and fry them with the fying pan. Finally, when the fried tomato is hot add all this ingredients and to give it a “spicy touch” scoop up to season the sauce with a bit black pepper and curry.
    To conlude the dish, mix the sauce with the macaroni and the recipipe are already cooked.

    I’m really sorry that I haven’t written anything until now, but I’m a bit lazy…
    Well, I hate cooking so don’t hope anything delicious. In fact, I have had to ask my personal cook for a recipe.
    Ingredients:
    - 1Kg potatoes
    - 4 eggs
    - 1 onion
    - 1 spoon of oil
    - Salt
    How to make it:
    First cut the potatoes and the onion in cubes and then fry them. Next beat the eggs. Then mix potatoes, onion and eggs. Put all in a frying-pan with oil ( 1 spoon). Heat low fire (about 5 minutes each side).
    As you see it’s quite difficult, so don’t try to make it, I did and when I was going to turn the omelette… Yes! My recipe it’s an omelette :D

    Hello comrades, here you are an extremely easy recipe, but a delicious one!

    Perfect Guacamole:

    INGREDIENTS:
    - 2 ripe avocados,
    - 1/2 red onion, minced (about 1/2 cup),
    - 1-2 serrano chiles, stems and seeds removed, minced,
    - 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, finely chopped,
    - 1 tablespoon of fresh lime or lemon juice,
    - 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
    - A dash of freshly grated black pepper,
    - 1/2 ripe tomato, seeds and pulp removed, chopped,

    Garnish with red radishes or jicama. Serve with tortilla chips.

    METHOD:

    1 Cut avocados in half. Remove seed. Scoop out avocado from the peel, put in a mixing bowl.

    2 Using a fork, mash the avocado. Add the chopped onion, cilantro, lime or lemon, salt and pepper and mash some more. Chili peppers vary individually in their hotness. So, start with a half of one chili pepper and add to the guacamole to your desired degree of hotness. Be careful handling the peppers; wash your hands thoroughly after handling and do not touch your eyes or the area near your eyes with your hands for several hours.

    Keep the tomatoes separate until ready to serve.

    Remember that much of this is done to taste because of the variability in the fresh ingredients. Start with this recipe and adjust to your taste.

    3 Cover with plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole to prevent oxidation from the air reaching it. Refrigerate until ready.

    4 Just before serving, add the chopped tomato to the guacamole and mix.
    Serves 2-4.

  37. DESSERT - LEMON CAKE


    Time: An hour and a half (plus time for standing)

    INGREDIENTS:

    For the mixture:
    150 grams of flour
    A pinch of salt
    90 grams of butter
    A teaspoon and a half of sugar
    Three or four teaspoons of water
    For the filling:
    A lemon
    Two tablespoons of sugar
    Two eggs
    A teaspoon of butter

    PREPARATION:

    Put the flour and salt over a bowl, add the butter chopped into pieces. Mix, add the beaten egg yolk with two teaspoons of water and the sugar. Mix together with a spatula until the mixture acquires body (add a little more water if necessary). Make a ball, and leave it covered in the fridge for half an hour.

    Take it out, roll out with the rolling pin. Grease-paper the mould (Am. mold) make a hole in the bottom or add some vegetables so that the cake does not hollow and bake in a hot oven for fifteen minutes. Take out, leave to cool and take out of the mould.
    While the mixture is in the oven, cut the lemon rind into very fine strips (do not cut the pith). Squeeze out the juice and put to one side. Put the rind in a small saucepan with two level tablespoons of sugar and a quarter of a litre of water, heat over a low flame until the sugar dissolves.

    Dissolve the flour in a bowl with three spoons of lemon juice, add the prepared syrup through a strainer and, without stirring, add the yolks one by one and then the butter. Stir. The mixture should become thick, if it does not thicken, hold it over the heat without allowing it to boil. Spread the cream over the cake mixture.

    Whip the egg whites to a stiff froth, adding it. Spread the meringue over the cream, making sure it does not go over the edges, and sprinkling on the sugar left over then bake in a medium oven for half an hour.

    I am going to make Ropa Vieja:

    Ingredients:

    500 gr of chickpeas (a bottle)
    500 gr of chicken
    500 gr of meat
    1 pepper
    1 kg of potatoes
    1 onion
    3 garlic
    1 Tomato
    1 glass of water
    1 small glass of white wine
    Paprika
    Sweet Pepper
    Thyme
    Cloves
    Laurel
    Salt and olive oil


    How to make "Ropa Vieja" step by step:

    1: Wash the chickpeas.
    2: Next fry the chickpeas and the chicken and meat (should to be crisp).
    4: Apart from make a "fritura" with onion, pepper, peeled tomatoe and garlic. Add the sweet pepper, paprika, cloves and salt.
    5: Once you make the "fritura", add wine, thyme, water, all the meat, chicken and chickpeas and cook it for a few minutes.
    6: Finally, fry potatoes and mix.
